Mental Health: Manage It Well
The quality of living is enhanced if the workers are healthy and able to take part in activities that bring out their full potential. Job opportunities and good wages will be meaningless if our workers are unable to reap any benefit because of poor health. So, we all need a “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind”.
